Booking requests
Submitting the online form sends a booking request. A room is confirmed only after Stella Hotel reception contacts you and confirms availability.
Rates and payment
Rates shown are in Ghana cedis and apply to the selected room and dates. Payment is made at the hotel by cash or E-cash unless reception confirms another arrangement.
Changes and cancellations
Contact reception as soon as possible to change or cancel a booking. Availability and any applicable charge will be confirmed directly by reception.
Stay details
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed by reception with your booking. Guests are responsible for hotel property used during their stay and must follow reasonable safety and conduct instructions.
